central spot and tidy room

excellent location friendly staff useful kettle tidy rooms

the location was excellent really in the center of everything. the staff was friendly and let us leave our luggage after we checked out. the room included a mini fridge and kettle, so we could store drinks and make tea. rooms were clean and tidy too, so everything felt fresh.

ground-floor room werent soundproofed and it was noisy. from the window a constant draft of freezing air entered.

the hotel sits in a superb downtown area and everything is in walking distance. many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby this location, so that is beneficial.

i don't took breakfast here, but nearby are many restaurant. one bar sit directly opposite to the hotel, so have more option. there are options for everyone.

the staff were always friendly and they greeted us with a smile. they provided many recommendations for local attractions and dinning. they even held our luggage, it was appreciated.

Central Location and Friendly Service

central location friendly staff beautiful patio relaxing vibe

The hotel location impressed me it was very central. The staff allowed us to keep luggage after checkout until our bus came. The beautiful back patio felt relaxing with a forest vibe I found it wonderful. The staff was among the friendliest I have ever seen.

The room was quite hot. I could not adjust the air conditioning to my preference so it impacted my sleep slightly

The hotel is very close to the city center making it easy to explore. A bus stop is nearby it offers a free shuttle to the train station. The hotel is in a quiet area which I found very relaxing.

The staff was very accommodating I found them friendly. They provided helpful information about the area. They allowed luggage storage after check-out this helped a lot. I felt grateful for their assistance.

The room was spacious it had full equipment. The beds were comfortable I liked them. A fridge was available in the room this was very useful. I enjoyed the room's overall cleanliness.

good location nearby attraction easy walk missing amenity unhelpful staff reception service

the location was quite good. most attractions were nearby. it was convenient to walk around the city. i appreciated being so close to everything (especially for late night strolls).

there was no iron in the room. the reception staff was not very helpful when i needed toothpaste. (i had to go buy my own).
